A few days in Singapore

We spent a few days in Singapore on our way to Thailand and loved it (again). We have been to Singapore before but this time had a few days to see some new stuff. We had our 12th Anniversary dinner atop the Marina Bay Sands hotel. 57 stories above Singapore. The view was amazing but the prices were even higher. $28 Gin and Tonics? The Singapore Botanic Gardens are not to be missed when visiting Singapore. This is a huge city park with special gardens throughout. The National Orchid Garden was amazing. We swung by the historic Raffles Hotel for an original Singapore Sling at the Long Bar. Again $28 but you have to have one. Then it was off to explore Clarke Quay and Boat Quay along the river. This area is full of bars and restaurants and we had the most amazing Indian dinner at Maharajah. If you visit Singapore and like Indian food, this is also a must. Now it is off to Bangkok for a few days before we head to our new home in Nakhon. We hope you enjoy the photos.
