A Day in Marseille

Today we took the bus (20 Mins) to Marseille for the day. What a beautiful day. 20 degrees and sunny. We spent most of the day wandering around the old port area, walked through the 14th century Saint Jean Cathedral and took the bus up to the Marseilles Notre Dame Cathedral atop the mountain (you can see it in the background) for an incredible view of the city and surrounding area. What an amazing area. A large port city with all that goes with that but spectacular just the same. Had a beautiful lunch and a great local Rose (for Lana). Hmmmm, where to go next weekend?
